Privacy Policy

We are a small family business, and we treat the information you send us the way we would want ours treated.

In plain language

What we do with your information

What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, contact details, group information, travel plans, and anything you write in an inquiry form or email. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Why we collect it
To answer your inquiry, plan a visit, coordinate with family hosts, and handle safety and emergency planning for confirmed guests.
Who sees it
Tim, Ann, and the family members involved in planning your visit. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with institutions or third parties except where needed to run a confirmed trip.
Sensitive details
Our forms ask only yes or no about dietary, medical, and accessibility needs. We discuss the details with you privately by email rather than collecting them through the website.
Photographs
We ask before photographing anyone, and we publish photographs of identifiable people only with permission. If a photograph of you appears here and you want it removed, write to us and we will take it down.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and trip records are kept as long as needed for planning, safety, and basic business records. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time.
