There is no instant booking here. You send us the interest form, we talk, and if it fits the season and the family's capacity we put together a plan and a quote. Sending the form does not confirm a reservation.
How booking works
What happens after you write
There are two ways to reach us. Write to Tim directly, or fill out the interest form and we will take it from there.

Every visit is planned around the group that is coming. Before your visit, we will learn more about your group through a short form or conversation. We will ask about food allergies, meal preferences, hiking experience, interests, accessibility needs, and anything else that will help us plan your time well.
At the end of the day, we often make space to sit together, reflect, ask questions, and talk about what the day brought.
We read every inquiry ourselves. Because we are a small family business, a reply can take a few days during lambing, shearing, or the seasonal move.

Ready to start planning?
One form covers private visits, university and group programs, and custom Navajo Nation itineraries. Tell us about your preferred dates, group, and what you hope to experience. The form takes only a few minutes, and answering every question is not required.
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve or confirm a trip. Sheepcamp reviews each request individually based on family availability, seasonal responsibilities, weather, site capacity, and applicable requirements.
